This note is not part of the notice, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This notice, which takes effect on the day of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette, revokes the principal notice because notification in the New Zealand Gazette of the process for establishing an independent review panel is no longer required under section 24 of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
