JLS 2014 Limited (formerly Big John Limited) (“the mortgagee”) is the secured party under a general security agreement dated the 31st day of October 2013, pursuant to which Carlton Enterprises HB Limited granted to the mortgagee a security interest over all of its present and after-acquired property, which is registered under Financing Statement F607MA19K72825H0.
The mortgagee hereby gives notice that they entered into possession of the mortgaged goods described below on 12 March 2015.
The description of the mortgaged goods is:
All of the goods and personal property of Carlton Enterprises HB Limited located at 48 Church Road, Taradale and corner of Taradale Road and Niven Street, Onekawa, Napier, or otherwise able to be taken possession of by the mortgagee on the date referred to in this notice.
