Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

The liquidation of the above-named company has now been completed.

The liquidator’s final report, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), has been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the company be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 4 August 2015.
