Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)

I, Marcus Eldon Diprose, liquidator of FECL LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 216 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended that the company be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 3 August 2015.
