This document notifies you that, pursuant to High Court Rules 2008 Rule 24.37(b):

1. On 26 November 2015 at 10.00am, an application by Clark, Kane Rex, for early discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2008-416-71 and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.
2. A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the official assignee and the bankrupt (“the applicant”) not less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.
