Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 11(4)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Justin James Bosley, chartered accountant of Auckland, hereby gives notice that, on the date below, he resigned as receiver and manager of the following companies:

19 December 2014

INFRASTRUCTURE DRILLING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).

IDL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).

H.B. GARMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).

HAD GARMENTS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).

Andrew John McKay continues as receiver and manager of the above-named companies.
