Notice Cessation of Receivership

Pursuant to Sections 11(2) and 29(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, David Sean Webb, John James Hill Larner and Nicholas John Martin, chartered accountants, have resigned as receivers and managers of the above-named companies and therefore a vacancy occurs in the office of receivers and managers.
