Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Andrew James Bethell and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the above-named company on 22 October 2015 under the terms of a general security deed (GSD) dated the 30th day of March 2006 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the company's rights, title and interest (present and future, legal and equitable) in, to, or derived from the assets of the company, with all the powers conferred by the GSD and at law.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
