Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Taupo District Council hereby classifies:
- The reserves described in the First Schedule and the Second Schedule as local purpose reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said reserves;
- The reserves described in the Third Schedule as recreation reserve; and
- The reserves described in the Fourth Schedule as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977
subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
