Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Tasman District Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/1042, subject to Mortgage 9168351.2 and the right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media easement in gross created by easement instrument 9662959.3;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL11A/1042, subject to Mortgage 9168351.2
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
