Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 August 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Maora Williams in respect of Tama-Ririki Home-based Care Service (46294), situated at 9 Payne Avenue, Opotiki.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
