The KVH Foundation Incorporated together meet the criteria in subsections (3), (4), (6) and (9), and Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated and The KVH Foundation Incorporated jointly represent the kiwifruit sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
