Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby revoke the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 December 2012, No. 151, page 4465) appointing a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Oceanview Heights School.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
