Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) David Lees, farmer of Oamaru, who acquired the below property described in the Schedule by Crown Grant on 3 March 1870 and is long presumed dead, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
Land set aside for roading purposes but never legalised being Raleigh Street, part Lawrence Street and part Clyde Street adjoining the Enfield Township in the Waitaki District, being an estate in fee simple DP 216 being Part Sections 2 and 9, Block IX Oamaru Survey District Computer Freehold Register OT45/69 (Otago Land Registration District).
