Public Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Kim Scott Thompson hereby gives notice that on 27 February 2014 Phillimore Imperial Limited appointed Kim Scott Thompson, insolvency specialist, whose office is at Norris Ward McKinnon House, 711 Victoria Street, Hamilton, as receiver of the property of 3997318 LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 24th day of June 2013.
The receivership commenced on 3 March 2014.
The receiver has been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
