Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 19 June 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that 256 OXFORD TERRACE LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant
of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 19 June 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 19 July 2014 (being a day not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice) as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
