Under section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, I amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 January 2012, No. 4, page 95) and appoint
Terri Johnstone
as the commissioner for Our Lady of Victories School.
This notice takes effect on 25 November 2013.
