Pursuant to section 100 of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the Biosecurity (Appointment of Management Agency for the National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Plan) Notice 2013.
2. Commencement-This notice comes into effect on the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Interpretation-In this notice:
Act means the Biosecurity Act 1993.
Management Agency means the body appointed as the management agency for the Biosecurity (National Bovine Tuberculosis Pest Management Plan) Order 1998 pursuant to section 100 of the Act.
TBfree New Zealand means TBfree New Zealand Limited.
4. TBfree New Zealand is appointed as the Management Agency from 1 July 2013.
