Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 4 June 2013 at 6.50pm, it was resolved by resolution of its members, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that the INSTITUTE OF SATHYA SAI EDUCATION - NZ INCORPORATED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 30 July 2013 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Any person claiming a security interest over property must make immediate contact with the office of the liquidator.
