Pursuant to sections 5(2) and 8(1) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, I:
1. amend the notice to the Innovation Board entitled "Criteria for assessing proposals for specified Research, Science
and Technology funding" published in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 2011, No. 9, page 177, by deleting the following from page 192:
"RELATIONSHIP TO PREVIOUS INVESTMENT TYPES
Funding has historically been invested in this area using:
- Pre-Seed Accelerator fund.
- Envirolink."
2. amend the notice entitled "RS&T Funding Subject to a Separate Decision-making Process" published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 2011, No. 193, page 5660, by inserting the following paragraph in the appropriate order:
"(q) Environmental Research Funding that is allocated using the Envirolink investment mechanism"
