New Zealand and will be applying to the Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register within three months from the date of publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
Note: 3D SYSTEMS ASIA-PACIFIC PTY LTD will continue to service our New Zealand customers from our Australian operations as normal.
