Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Rents and Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Paul Thomas Manning and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 22 August 2012, appointed as joint receivers of rents and income of THE ARMSTRONG FAMILY TRUST under the powers contained in a mortgage dated the 5th day of July 2007 over the property at 150 The Strand, Tauranga, and described in Identifier 50A/508 (South Auckland Land Registry).
