Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 12 May 2012, Paul Graham Sargison and Simon Dalton, both of Auckland, were appointed by Bradstreets Limited as receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-company, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 15th day of November 2007.
