Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
of Income
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 1 May 2012 at 11.42am, Perpetual Trust Limited (as trustee for the Allfinance NZ Funding Trust No.1) appointed David Stuart Vance and Barry Phillip Jordan, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of income in respect of certain property of 154 LIMITED at 154 The Terrace, Wellington, being the unit titles described in Computer Freehold Register Identifiers 152133, 152135, 152148-152149, 152151-152152, 152170, 175176, 53484, 53487-53488, 53513, 53518, 53533, 53534, 53537, 53538, 82412, 82414 and 82416 (all Wellington Land Registry).
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of the property pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 29th day of August 2007 and mortgage instrument 7526605.1 dated the 12th day of September 2007.
