Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 27 February 2012, John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner of Whitifield Associates, Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of WHELWAY LIMITED, pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 6th day of December 2007.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and
after-acquired personal property of the company.
