Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HANS
BAY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 January 2012 at 10.46am.
We fix 24 February 2012 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
