Notice Stating Where Copies of the Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference into Compliance Documents D1, E1, E3, G1, G12 and G13 are Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to sections 406 and 409 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice that the following Compliance Documents for the New Zealand Building Code are proposed to be amended by changes to material incorporated by reference:
- D1 - Access Routes
- E1 - Surface Water
- E3 - Internal Moisture
- G1 - Personal Hygiene
- G12 - Water Supplies
- G13 - Foul Water
New Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference
Pursuant to section 409(2) of the Act, I give notice that the following materials are proposed to be incorporated by reference into:

Compliance Document G12
- NZ backflow testing standard 2011
Compliance Document G13

Amendment to Material Incorporated by Reference
Pursuant to sections 406(c)(ii) and 409(2) of the Act,
I give notice that the material previously incorporated by reference into following Compliance Documents, as set out
in Column 1 below, are proposed to be replaced by the material in Column 2 listed below:

Materials proposed to be incorporated by reference are available for inspection free of charge at, and copies are
also available for purchase through, the Department’s national office, Level 6, 86 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
