Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7165087.3 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifiers NA23C/366 and NA1543/76 ("the mortgage"):
Kiwibank Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession
of the mortgaged land described below with effect from
27 January 2011.
The description of the mortgaged land is Lot 1 DP 68048 (Identifier NA23C/366) and Lot 6 DP 42634 (Identifier NA1543/76) (both North Auckland Land Registry), being the property situated at 46-50 Broadway, Papakura, Auckland.
