Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Grant Jarrold and Paul Munro, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
as joint receivers and managers of the property of LICHFIELD VENTURES LIMITED (in liquidation) on
21 December 2010 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated the 30th day of March 2005.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company's real and personal property situated
at and related to 110 Lichfield Street, Christchurch, including and together with all rights and incomings attaching and related thereto.
