Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Colin Thomas McCloy and David John Bridgman, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the companies on 26 July 2011 under the terms of the security agreements giving the secured party a security interest in all of the assets and undertakings of
the companies.
