Stephen John Tubbs, Timothy Patrick Ward and Colin Gower were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired personal and other property
of WILLIAM JOHN DRURY REID, KATHRYN MARY REID and WAYNE WESLEY PETERS (as trustees of the WJD & KM REID FAMILY TRUST) on 23 December 2010 under the terms of a general security deed dated the 22nd day of July 2008.
