Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of 2009 DD LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 February 2011 at 11.18am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 9 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
