Pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the stopped road firstly described in the First Schedule to this notice and the severance land secondly described in the First Schedule to this notice to be vested in Percival David Gardner and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 256914 subject to Mortgage C163879.5; and
(b) Declares the stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be vested in Graeme John Bradly as to a ½ share and Helen Mary Bradly as to a ½ share and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA125B/59 subject to Mortgage 5282676.2
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
