Notice Stating Where Copies of the Statement of Proposal to Issue Compliance Document for Medium Density Housing and Amend Compliance Documents B2, C, F7, F8 and G6 are Available, and Where Materials Proposed to be Incorporated by Reference Into These Compliance Documents, are Available for Inspection and Purchase

Pursuant to section 29 of the Building Act 2004 ("the Act"), I give notice that a compliance document for medium density housing is proposed to be issued ("proposed Medium Density Housing Acceptable Solution") and that the following compliance documents for the New Zealand Building Code are proposed to be amended:
- B2 - Durability
- C - Fire Safety
- F7 - Warning Systems
- F8 - Signs
- G6 - Airborne and Impact Sound
The statement of proposals for the proposed Medium Density Housing Acceptable Solution and the proposed amendments for each of these compliance documents can be downloaded free of charge from the Department of Building and Housing ("the Department") website
