Pursuant to section 4A of the Electricity Act 1992, I hereby declare
Steve Zelko and Maria Zelko, acting in partnership pursuant to the Partnership Act 1908, under the firm name Steve and Maria Zelko Partnership
to be an electricity operator for the purposes of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992.
The business interests in respect of which this declaration is made are confined to all or any of the works described at section 4A(1)(b) of the Electricity Act 1992.
