The Minister for Building and Construction hereby gives notice that the Licensed Building Practitioners Amendment Rules 2010 have been made, under section 361 of the Building Act 2004, and will come into force on 1 April 2010.
The Licensed Building Practitioners Amendment Rules 2010 are available for viewing and downloading free of charge on the Department of Building and Housing’s website
