The above property is registered as owned by Kamichika Yuko, whose whereabouts is unknown.
As at 1 December 2010, there is $3,509.05 due and payable to the Kaipara District Council ("the Council") in respect of rates arrears.
These arrears have been unpaid for more than four months and are immediately due to the Council in accordance with
the Act.
If such arrears are not settled in full by 1 February 2011, the Council will commence legal proceedings to recover those rates, pursuant to section 63 of the Act, and shall seek to enforce judgment accordingly.
Payment may be made to the Council via bank cheque, direct transfer or by credit card.
