Notice of Appointment of Public Trust as Manager
Under Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001
Pursuant to section 100(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that on 12 May 2010, an order was made by the High Court of New Zealand at Dunedin, under Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001, appointing Public Trust as manager of the property of James Mills, of Dunedin, ship owner, as described in the Schedule hereto.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple comprising 97.1246 hectares, being Section 3 Block II Lords River Survey District, Stewart Island, recorded in Deeds Index E860 (Registered Volume 31, page 526) (Southland Land Registration District).
