In Notice 7985 (published in the New Zealand Gazette,
14 October 2010, No. 140, page 3528), the Environmental Risk Management Authority gave notice that the Environmental Risk Management Agency intended to apply for approval of the Code of Practice for the Design and Installation of Below Ground Petroleum Stationary Container Systems, and the Code of Practice for the Operation of Below Ground Petroleum Stationary Container Systems.
The Environmental Risk Management Authority wishes
to advise that the date for submissions is extended to
26 November 2010.
