Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Paul Thomas Manning, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 17 December 2010, appointed as joint receivers and managers of
the property of CONTRACT ENGINEERING LIMITED
(in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 19th day of August 2002
which property consists of all of the company's present and after-acquired property.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: RHB Chartered Accountants Limited, Level 1, The Hub,
525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
