Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that KAKANUI RIVERWATCH INCORPORATED (in liquidation) was ordered by the
High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 25 of
the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on 17 August 2010
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 17 August 2010 at 11.09am.
