Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 24(1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Jessica Jane Redican and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named charitable trust pursuant to a resolution passed by members at a meeting held on 3 December 2009 and subsequently ratified by the members at a meeting held on
5 January 2010.
The liquidation of the charitable trust is dated and timed as follows:

PORIRUA APPRENTICESHIP TRUST (in liquidation) at 9.00am.
