On 1 March 2010 at 12.08am, by special resolution of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, MASSIVE LIMITED was placed into liquidation and Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
We, Andrew John McKay and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix 30 April 2010, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
