Notice of Watershed Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of creditors of the above-named companies will be held at the offices of Hesketh Henry, 11th Floor, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, on 21 January 2009 at 10.00am.
Registration for creditors will open at 9.30am.
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. to review the administrators' report.
2. for the creditors of the company to resolve whether:
(a) each company execute a deed of company arrangement;
(b) the administration should end; or
(c) the companies be put into liquidation.
3. any other issue properly bought before the meeting.
