Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Tauhara
Middle No. 4A No. 2A (Tauhara Mountain) which was set apart by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
13 May 1971, No. 34, page 913, and had its purpose redefined by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 July 1977, No. 75, page 1956, to be an ancient burial ground, place of historical interest and scenic beauty for
the common use and benefit of Tutemahuta, Tutetawha, Hineuru, Hinerau and Rahotu hapu of Tuwharetoa.
