Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Felix Donnelly College (as published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 February 2007, No. 16,
page 349) and appoint
Gail Thomson
as commissioner for Felix Donnelly College.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees of Felix Donnelly College are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 11 September 2009.
