The Rules of Casino Table Games, and the Rules of Casino Keno, Racing Game and Gaming Machines have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003.
The amendments to the Rules of Casino Table Games include:
? Division 5 – Baccarat;
? Division 15 – Pontoon; and
? Division 18 – Casino War.
The amendment to the Rules of Casino Keno, Racing Game and Gaming Machines includes:
? Division III – Electronic Gaming Machines.
These amendments, all prescribed on 30 June 2009, will take effect on 3 July 2009.
