Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Manukorihi Intermediate School and appoint
Geoff Mooar
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Manukorihi Intermediate School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
