Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment of a commissioner for Al-Madinah School (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 June 2005, No. 88, page 2089) and appoint
Christopher Saunders
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of
Al-Madinah School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
