Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(1) William Arthur, surveyor of Hawea Flat, who died
at Cromwell on a date that has not been formally determined but is believed to be sometime in 1885, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(2) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
(a) Being a vacant section in the town of Gladstone, Hawea Flat, Central Otago, being an estate in fee simple containing 809 square metres, Section 6 Block VI Computer Freehold Register OT211/121 (Otago Land Registry).
(b) Being a vacant section in the town of Gladstone, Hawea Flat, Central Otago, being an estate in fee simple containing 1163 square metres, Section 7 Block VI Computer Freehold Register OT211/122 (Otago Land Registry).
